I always check my e-mail addresses. My usual habit is before sleeping and after breakfast and some quick checks from time to time or during wee hours.

But the most interesting (uninteresting?) part is, I always receive SPAM (unsolicited commercial e-mail/junk/bulk not the processed meat from Hormel) even if filters and blockers have been turned on.
